1. All Sales Are Final
All service purchases—whether branding, web design, marketing packages, consultations, or ongoing support—are non-refundable. Once a service begins or payment is made, all sales are considered final due to the custom nature of our work.
2. Maintenance Agreements & Subscriptions
A. Annual Maintenance Contracts

A 12-month commitment is required for annual maintenance services.

To cancel early, the client must pay 50% of the remaining contract value.

A 30-day written notice is required before canceling.

Without notice, billing will continue as scheduled.
B. Month-to-Month Maintenance Plans

These plans auto-renew each month.

A 30-day written notice is required to cancel before the next billing cycle.

If no notice is provided, the full monthly charge will apply.
3. Late Payments & Service Pauses
Invoices must be paid by the due date listed. Late payments may result in paused services and/or late fees. Projects will not resume until balances are paid in full.
4. Client Communication & Revisions
Clients must provide timely feedback and content. Each project includes a set number of revisions (outlined in your contract). Delays in communication may impact timelines and do not release the client from payment obligations.
5. Policy Updates
We may update these terms at any time. The most recent version will always be available on this page. Continued use of our services implies acceptance of the updated terms.
